This program builds on the foundations you developed in the PureMind Basic program (the pre-requisite). Here, you’ll deepen and accelerate your ability to use your mind and emotions to command your game, and learn new skills not introduced at the Basic level. It creates strong emotional resiliency & stamina, mental toughness, and shows you how to stabilize your inner resources in the most challenging conditions. You go into each round knowing you can keep a clear head. You’re in command on every shot, and bounce back from bad holes quickly. Some of the skills you'll develop are:

You’ll learn scientifically proven mind-body disciplines to get yourself under control and stay there.

If you’ve ever lay in bed with your thoughts spinning out of control without your permission, you know what we mean. The mind is controllable, just not in the way most people might think.

When we use certain elements of our mind consistently, it provokes the same consistency in our body’s actions during the swing.

Discipline isn’t the same as willpower. Willpower burns off energy, while discipline gives you energy. Learn the difference and how to use it to your advantage.

Confidence isn’t something that we can control or directly create, it’s a by-product of using your mind in a certain way. When we’re confident, that brings about the ability to see more options on every shot.

You’ve probably heard great players talk about being “in the zone”, which is a heightened state of performance where athletes have their best performances, and experience intense enjoyment of what they are doing. This is the target state for playing our best.
Who is the PureMind Advanced program designed for?
This program an intensive program designed for those who need every advantage they can get to play their best. It’s for golfers playing at a high level or competitively, or lower handicap players who want to accelerate their development. The prerequisite to this program is PureMind Basic program.
Program Format
This program is a hands-on coaching workshop, in smaller groups to ensure individual coaching for each participant. There will be a blend of information exchange, hands-on work, and individual coaching/instruction. The sessions are designed to be very practical and the intensity is slightly higher than the Basic based on the intended outcomes fro participants. In addition to other powerful methods, participants will learn to self-employ many NLP techniques to trigger better performance and maintain optimal internal states. The program consists of 6 full-day sessions in a small group setting—giving you the combined benefit of group learning and individualized coaching. The sessions are 8 hours in length, with enough breaks to allow you to stay focused and energized. There’s also extra time available at the end of each session for attendees to address individual questions with the instructor.
